Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday, in two different ways:

Standard order: 3-5 working days – €7.93

Express order: 1-2 working days – €10.98

*for orders over €100 shipping costs will be free.

Orders received during weekends or holidays will be processed on the first available day.

The order status can be viewed in your reserved area*, or via e-mail received when updating the order status.

* the reserved area is only available in the case of registration via the login/register link at the top right of the homepage. In the event that you purchase an item without registering, you can create an account by adding a check mark to the “create account for later use” box on the general purchase information entry screen.
