Racing Spirit.com is owned by Racing Force USA, Inc. a Florida, U.S.A. registered company (“Racing Force”). We request that you accept the Terms and Conditions that follow. Please read them carefully, because purchases and use of the RacingSpirit.com website (the “Site”) constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you may not access and/or purchase from this Site. We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes to the Terms and Conditions are made, we will upload them here and revise the post date. You may want to check this section from time to time, because your use of the Site following any changes indicates your agreement to be bound by those modifications.

Website Usage

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and only for your own personal, non- commercial use. You may not infringe the copyright, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights. Third-party trade names, product names and logos, contained in this website may be the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners and may not be infringed.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to written acceptance by Racing Force as goods are subject to availability. In the event Racing Force is unable to fulfill your entire or partial order, you will be notified in writing. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods we may offer you alternatives or process a full refund for the unavailable items. We apply sales tax to all Florida transactions (7%) and where applicable by law.

Product Availability

Racing Spirit items displayed on the Site are generally available while supplies last on the site and/or at third party brick & mortar stores an/or third party online stores in the United States and in select foreign markets. In some cases, merchandise displayed on the Site may not be available in third party stores and vice-versa. Racing Force makes no representations or warranties that any of the presented products on the Site will be available at any time or location.

Product Information

Site information, catalog descriptions, photos and videos are as accurate as possible, but information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions including errors that may relate to pricing and availability. Please note that colors change from screen to screen therefore we cannot guarantee that the display of any color will be the exact match of the product you will receive. Racing Force reserves the right to amend errors and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience we may have caused.

Shipping and Handling

We offer delivery options with FedEx, UPS and USPS for International Orders. Racing Spirit Business Days are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours from acceptance; cut-off time is 12:00pm ET (Eastern Time).

Shipping outside the U.S.A.

We offer shipping to select countries outside the United States of America, but we reserve the right to offer regional alternatives or cancel the order when applicable. If your delivery address is outside of the United States of America, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. All international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities while customs policies vary widely from country to country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns and Exchanges

Racing Force will accept returns of unwashed, unworn or undamaged merchandise. We will issue a refund for all unused and undamaged products returned within 10 days of purchase. All products must be returned in the original packaging and with all accessories to ensure a full credit. Final sale items cannot be returned. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. Before any return you must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number obtainable by sending an email to Returns with your Order Number.

To exchange an order, please return your unwashed, unworn or undamaged item(s) in the original packaging after obtaining a RMA number and then place a new order online. Please remember to include your Order number.

To return a defective item please contact us at Returns and identify the problem. A photo of the defective item will help immensely and speed up the process. Please remember to include your Order Number and the description and/or SKU of the item(s). For all returns and exchanges, except for defective items and/or mistakes made by Racing Spirit, shipping cost is your responsibility. Returns sent without the required documentation may not be refunded the full amount.


This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the U.S. District Court in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
